Return Policy - How To Return Items

Online purchases must be returned via our courier.

You may also contact customer care and they will gladly send you one, at no extra cost.


1- Login to your Account, and enter your order email address and password which was used to place the order. 

2- From your side navigation bar select customer care.

3- Choose to Create a Ticket.

4- Enter a subject: Item Return

5- Write the item(s) and reason for return

6- Attach a photo of the item if the reason for the return is a manufacturing mistake.

7- Send Ticket

8- Our Customer Care will contact you within 24 working hours


We recommend packing the item/s for return in the original packaging if possible.

Generally, returns are processed approximately within 3-5 business days of receipt in the warehouse. However, during sales and promotional periods, it may take longer than usual.

Please note, JACAR will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled, or damaged.
